Miles Aldridge

I came across this fashion photographer last year at a showing at an art gallery in Chelsea here in the city and I just fell in love with his work!   I have to say, it's truly one of my favorite things to do, taking a day and just hitting all of the art galleries, you never know what you may come across!  His work is just so beautiful, so unique, so unlike anything I have seen before, that I had to share it here. He has a book out, "Pictures for Photographs", I do believe I must buy this book.

Mats Gustafson- Fashion Illustrator

I love everything about fashion and that includes fashion illustration.  I think I could look for hours at such illustrations, of course wishing I could draw and paint so beautifully!  Practice makes perfect though!  Anyway, in my fashion class today, my teacher said to check out Mats Gustafson's work.  These are just a few of his works, and all so completely beautiful in their simplicity and use of color in such an understated way.
